1. Licensed Application End User License Agreement

The "Licensed Application" refers to Library Manager.

The Application available through the App Store is licensed, not sold, to you. Your license to the Licensed Application is subject to your prior acceptance of this Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA"), and you agree that the terms of this Standard EULA will apply to each Licensed Application that you use.

We adopt Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA). By downloading and using this app, you agree to the Apple Standard EULA.

2. Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.
